General Description
Main Deck
From aft, a distinctive horseshoe seating arrangement adorns the transom. A Further exterior lounge area is connected to the Main Saloon where an enclosed living garden separates you from the back lit bar. The spacious saloon with its feature back lit onyx fireplace and multiple lounge areas lead you on to the entrance lobby where you are greeted with an impressive dual aspect double height space linking the main deck to the owner’s deck above. Enhanced by a glass bridge and seamless oval balustrade, this multifunctional space which converts to a formal dining area, is flanked by further exterior lounge areas and balconies. Further forward, a luxurious VIP Cabin, children’s quarters and guest cabins, which convert to generous suites by the use of a simple sliding partition hidden in a central media unit.
Owner’s Deck
The Owner’s Deck is, as expected, fully dedicated to the Owner’s personal requirements. From aft, a private lounge bar and al fresco dining area are present on the aft deck. Forward, a contemporary yet homely lounge area with large fireplace makes for an inviting environment to relax with the family. A glass coffee table provides a view through the deck to the main guest saloon below. Through the open lobby and across the glass bridge is the owner’s cabin entrance. Another small lobby leads you through the open dressing area and onto an imaginative bathroom layout, where a fully glazed bath cubicle and adjustable mirrored panel separate the twin wash basins from the bed head. A large oval skylight located directly above the master bed, panoramic views and direct access to the foredeck sun beds and pool make this the ultimate Owner’s cabin.
Bridge & Sky Deck
A large office space with spectacular views occupies the aft interior of the Bridge Deck, offering quick access to the helideck on the aft deck. On the deck above, a central pool surrounded by dining areas and sunbeds is the perfect hang out for the sun worshipper.
Lower Deck
A starboard side Beach Club, with direct access to the sea via a swim platform, includes a large gym, Jacuzzi and lounge area, all of which offer impressive sea views. Forward, is the sauna and steam room are separated by a cylindrical shower.
The yacht is designed for unrestricted navigation.
The construction will be of steel for hull and Aluminum alloy for superstructure.
The yacht will have full displacement hull with round bilge, twin screw, bulbous bow and transom stern.
Propulsion plant shall consist of tow diesel engines, each coupled to a controllable pitch propeller through a reduction gear.
The yacht shall be equipped with two balanced spade rudder, two bow thrusters, one stern thruster, bilge keels and one set of retractable fins designed to provide active roll reduction both in underway and ‘at anchor’ condition.
The electric power required for ship service shall be generated by four diesel generators. There shall be also an emergency generator.
The yacht hull surface above water line superstructure will be white.
The yacht will have 6 decks, in accordance with the General Arrangement Plan basically arranged as in the following list:

CLASSIFICATION AND REGULATIONS:
The vessel shall be built in accordance with the rules and regulations of Lloyd Register of Shipping.
The vessel shall be delivered with the following class notation:
100 A1, SSC, Yacht (P), Mono G6, LMC, CCS, UMS, EP (A,B,G,N,R+S), DP(CM), LA and SCM
The Yacht shall additionally comply with MCA “large Commercial Yacht Code 2”.

ENGINE ROOM VENTILATION:
The engine room ventilation will be according to the propulsion engines and diesel generators manufacturer’s combustion air and cooling air requirements and heat dissipation calculation.
PROPULSION AND ELECTRIC GENERATION PLANT:

Two reduction gearboxes shall be installed. The gearboxes shall be single input, single output configuration.
Main Diesel Engines and gear boxes shall be each common frame double resiliently mounted in way to pursue optimum noise reduction.
Exhaust gas from main Diesel Engines shall be led trough dry silencers and shall discharge under water, with by-pass above water line for starting and low-power operation.
Two controllable pitch propellers (CPP) will be provided.

CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM:
The main activities performed by the AMCS are:
HELICOPTER PAD:
A helicopter PAD will be arranged on the aft end of deck 5 (Owner’s deck), designed and built in compliance with the LY2 code, for aft-fore landing only. Any operational limitations resulting from the designer configuration will be written into the LY2 approved operating procedures fo the helicopter pad.
Dimensions of the heli-deck will be sufficient to satisfy the LY2 (annex 6) code for EUROCOPTER 135 operations, aircraft size is about 10.5 (width) X 12.5 (length)m, maximum landing weight 2.900 kg.
The perimeter, aiming circle and “H” lettering will be per the LY2 code for day and night landing.
The bridge will be capable of the following aviation functions:
Foam monitors in number and size as per LY2, connected to the vessels sea water fire system, and remotely operated will be fitted tot the helicopter pad.
No refueling equipment will be provided. No starting equipment will be provided.
