Change of Owner’s plans makes this (just completing new build punch list) upscale, contemporary yacht available. Built by Hargrave’s new affiliate, the HSY Shipyard in Antalya, Turkey, and to RINA class, this yacht includes all the latest design and features available: Contemporary décor with floor to ceiling glass and a full pilothouse with wing stations, an ON DECK MASTER with “his and hers” heads, 3 staterooms below each with an ensuite head, a separate exercise room, and full laundry room, and a Euro designed Beach Club with separate head at sea level with full amenities and accessible from the crews quarters---very different from the competition! The yacht includes an impressive 5-screen integrated helm station with a “price-was-no-object” electronics suite. And the balance of a NEW 2-YEAR limited warranty from a company with direct offices and support staff in Ft Lauderdale.

As a clean-sheet build, this C-92 includes the following features unavailable or only as options on the competition:

1.      Built to RINA Pleasure Class—Unrestricted. Included inspections of structural and system plans and throughout the build process to assure integrity and safety. Example: includes 3 full fire standpipes and stations. The result includes most plumbing is by hard piping (not hoses) for integrity, maintenance, and access.

2.      On Deck Master with full His and Hers Heads with heated floors (as in VIP) and upsized shower. Full beam includes oversized windows, ample closets and storage, seating, and skylight.

3.      3 Staterooms below, two sized as VIP’s, plus separate laundry and exercise (including equipment in place) rooms.

4.      Naiad At-Rest stabilization. Side-Power bow and stern thrusters.

5.      Extended length Pilot House to include a full lounge and office use and aft outside covered dining.

6.      Power cords 100AMP x 2 at BOTH stern and at the bow with Glendenning’s to assure most proximate connection.

7.      Air conditioning custom-designed to outlet hidden and without direct air onto guests at soffits.

8.      Boarding gate BOTH at stern and midship to assure access on shorter docks.

9.      Full wing stations with controls at both port and starboard to assure full, unobstructed visibility for docking. Also Hardwired plug-in controls if needed for aft visibility.

10.  Engine room finishes upgrade includes air conditioning, upgraded MTU computer monitoring, scanning camera monitor.

11.  Upgraded Pilot House electronics design includes five 22” monitors, full Garmin equipment plus 72 mi Furuno radar, FLIR and 5G Pep Wave.

12.  Beach club – full beam and at water level includes bar and kitchenette, TV and lounge and half bath with hydraulic swim platform extension for swimming and outside lounging. Prepped for the addition of a dinghy if desired. Is accessible directly from crew quarters to give crew full interior private lounge area when not in use by guests.

13.  Foredeck lounge area includes seating, cocktail table, sun pads, and umbrella covering with pop-up lighting for evening hors d’oeuvres.

14.  Dometic water system including filtration treatment of all water---avoids the need for separate filters or external spot zero.

15. Custom-designed, selected, and upgraded woodwork and material inset panels and wallcoverings and fixtures assure this will be a one-off!

Last week someone asked the owner why he built with Hargrave and we thought his answer really summed it up:

"After considering a build with Horizon, OA and Benetti we knew what we wanted. We were disappointed that the design and systems changes and upgrades we wanted, including a build to class, were not available. Hargrave's new facility offered European craftsmanship and assurances that were worth the extra cost."

This Hargrave owner made a number of significant refinements that you will recognize on your first visit. On the exterior alone you’ll quickly notice the shaping, styling, and paint styling are all a level above the competition. Working with Fort Lauderdale-based Yacht Interiors by Shelley, they both took full advantage of the yard's skilled craftsmen and the level of detail in the fabrication, construction, hardware, cabinetry, and even the functional details like the arrangement plan, are all top-shelf custom construction examples. The yacht is also fully certified by the RINA Classification Society.

(We understand buyers today look at a listing online for 90 seconds or less and most just want to see the photos and videos ASAP. If you are interested in this yacht we have a full set of interior specifications showing all marble, granite, wood, fabric, as well as all the equipment installed onboard. It is available on request.)

Buying a custom yacht is the equivalent of owning an original artwork while buying a luxury production boat is more like a numbered copy. This special and totally custom yacht is a rare offering from Hargrave and we are excited to present it to you now.

Configuration - This is a three-deck sky lounge configured yacht built on a semi-displacement Jack Sarin hull form and carrying 5,000 gallons of fuel so you can really explore some new places with her 2,000-mile range.

Key Equipment - The yacht is equipped with a full handling package from Naiad Dynamics of At Rest stabilizers with Datum Controls, as well as both bow and stern thrusters. She has a pair of Northern Lights 38 kW generators to handle all electrical loads, 5 blade Nibral performance propellers mounted on 4” Aquamet shafts, and all hooked up to ZF 2250 transmissions at 3:1 ratio, and a pair of MTU 1600 hp engines.

Tender - Zodiac Yachtline 490 Deluxe with Yamaha F90. The Zodiac 16' Yachtline 490 Deluxe is one of the finest yacht tenders available on the market. The sleek Euro styling and on-the-water performance will definitely turn heads in any marina you visit.

There is a large double door refrigerator as well as extra refrigeration drawers, a full pantry, dishwasher. (Note - an additional full freezer is located on the bridge deck.)

Dining Area – Located directly aft of the galley it can easily handle eight guests for meals and be serviced from both the port and starboard side of the well-equipped galley.

The Aft Deck – When you step out of the salon onto the aft deck you’ll find a unique and attractive seating area configured for today’s type of entertaining. When you look at the photos the bar is actually designed to have active interaction with guests in the seating area.

From the aft deck, you have boarding gates on the port and starboard side, there is a staircase leading up to the bridge deck as well as down to the crew area and engine room, and there is a staircase on the starboard side leading down to the oversized swim platform which can be lowered into the water.

VIP Berth Cabin – Located all the way forward with a king on the centerline and full bath, two hanging lockers, and plenty of storage and drawer space.

Fitness Center – The owner has included a separate cabin for a fitness center on the port side.

Laundry Center – There is a laundry center on the starboard side with sink and linen storage etc.

Port VIP Twin Berth Cabin – The twin bed cabin is on the port side and the bunks can slide together to make a queen berth with a full head, hanging locker, drawers.

Stb. VIP Queen Berth Cabin – Located on the starboard side with full head facilities, hanging locker, drawers.

The engine room is well laid out and designed for ease of service. All of the mechanical equipment and systems are detailed elsewhere in this presentation.

There is a twin berth cabin on the port side and a single cabin (with pilot berth above) on the starboard side along with the full head and shower.

The large beach club features a half bath on the port side, a fully equipped stand-up bar with stools, and a u-shaped lounge on the starboard side. The beach club can be directly accessed from and become part of the crew area. This area also serves as a crew lounge at night and the settee converts to an additional berth. There is an access door plus the entire stern aft panel can be lifted into the air or there is an access door mounted in the center of the panel. The swim platform is hydraulic and can be lowered into the water.
