2004 Dieter Empacher design built by Kanter Marine in Ontario, Canada. Lancashire Lass was launched during the summer of 2004 for a client that wanted both speed and family cruising comfort in a custom centerboard sloop. A centerboard that carries 800 lbs of lead ballast gives Lancashire Lass stability upwind with medium displacement and a shallow draft. The raised deck house and large windows create a spacious and bright interior and allow excellent visibility.

Stepping down the companionway to starboard is a large U-Shape galley, across to port is a private quarter berth. Companion way steps lift up for easy access to engine. Forward to port is a large dinette that converts to a double berth, across to port is the nav station with large table and swing out seat. Directly forward of the nav station is more seating with pilot berth atop. Moving forward you have a very spacious head with separate stall shower. The master berth is a large V-berth with filler and plenty of storage for all your belongings.
