I provide professional Marine Surveying for New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland; also, with offices serving the New England States. I have twenty-five year maritime experience with commercial and pleasure vessels and survey fiberglass, wood, steel, and aluminum yachts. Modern-day vessels are being made with high-tech materials and electronics. The old "knuckle-tapping" technique of inspecting hulls can no longer give either the buyer/seller, insurance carrier, or bank a realistic and dependable indication of condition, risk and value. I am bringing the field of Marine Surveying into the 1990's by conducting hull ultrasounding, corrosion, osmosis and moisture analysis, spectrometric engine fluid analysis and marine consultation. I survey in and out of water, at dockside or drydock and conduct underway seatrial evaluations. Filming and narration of a survey is available upon request and in-depth, detailed reports are completed and in-hand within 36 hours, All information is retained on computer disk for future access or upgrade, and FAXed reports can be available the same day. I am certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to survey commercial fishing vessels and am the New Jersey surveyor for ConSurve/MTI Intermodal International Container Ship/Cargo Inspection Services. I hold a U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License, Master Near Coastal, Aux. Sail and am qualified to deliver most size pleasure craft. I am on the Boat/U.S. Speaker's Bureau, have served as an expert witness and am available to travel.
