To see this boat is to love and respect the condition in which it has been maintained. This well-loved ketch has been in the hands of the current owner for eleven years. It has been meticulously maintained for sailing along the Eastern seaboard. The interior was renovated in 2005 and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Once down the center entry the galley is on the portside and well set up by Pearson for offshore functionality. On the starboard side is the nav station with swing-out seat. Electronics located on shelf above nav desk. The salon is next with settees port and starboard which slide out and can be used for additional double berths. There is a pull down table for dining when needed, along with a pilot berth used for extended cruising storage. Just past the salon, the head with separate 6'3" shower stall is on the starboard side across from a large hanging locker. The forward cabin has large V-berth with a second hanging locker to starboard and storage on the port side. The large cockpit is inviting with seat cushions and a specially designed foldable cockpit table. The deep cockpit is designed to be secure in any weather conditions.
