Some of the following information was obtained from a General Survey Report, believed to be true, but not guaranteed.

DESCRIPTION/GENERAL ARRANGEMENT
The ANDY LYNN VI is a 62' crew supply vessel constructed of 5086 aluminum. The vessel has been fitted to also serve as a towing, supply, and dive vessel. The vessel has an open work deck aft with access to the engine room through two (2) large hatches. Forward on the centerline is an entrance to the passenger compartment where there are twelve (12) seats port and starboard for the passengers. There is also a passage way to the engine room from this passenger compartment located starboard of center-line.

Forward up a small ladderway is the pilothouse with all navigation electronics. To starboard down a ladderway is the forward crew's quarters with galley aft and settee to port.
The vessel is documented at the National Vessel Documentation Center.

UNDERWATER BODY
An examination of the underwater body was conducted. The bottom paint was found in good condition. The propellers are of the three blade bronze type found in serviceable condition.

HULL ABOVE WATERLINE AND WEATHER DECKS
The hull above the waterline is painted with a red boot top and black hull. The exterior hull condition above the waterline appears in good condition. Shell plating is fair and coatings appear tobe in good condition, materially and cosmetically.

Decks are adequately non-skidded with contrasting paint in way of stair wells, treads and deck
There is an articulating gallows frame with a Pullmaster winch system located on the aft deck.
Forward on the aft deck is an external helm with throttle controls and compass. There is a 36" tall pipe railing system around the perimeter of the vessel starting with the stem to the two (2) watertight doors to the pilothouse.

There is one Pull Master H18 welded on the centerline deck and a scallop dredge is also fitted.
Access to the interior is through a watertight door on the centerline aft, and two (2) watertight doors to port and starboard at the pilothouse.

PILOT HOUSE / SUPERSTRUCTURE
The pilothouse is constructed of 5082 aluminum and has three (3) forward facing windows, three
(3) windows to starboard and three (3) windows aft for good all round visibility.

PASSENGER COMPARTMENT
The passenger compartment is on the centerline aft the pilothouse. It is fitted with one (1) large work table to port with two (2) bench seats and two (2) smaller tables to starboard each with one (1) bench seat. This area is currently cluttered with tools.

The pilothouse is entered through two (2) watertight doors one to port and one to starboard. It can also be entered by a ladderway from the centerline from the passenger compartment aft. There is a chart table aft to port and bench to starboard.

The helm is located on the centerline forward and it fitted with a helm chair. All necessary alarms, gauges and electronic mounts for safe navigation of the vessel are within eye sight of the helm.
The deck is constructed of steel with rubberize mats fixed to the deck. The helm area is constructed of bright wood with indoor/outdoor carpeting.

NAVIGATION AND ELECTRONICS
The vessel's electronics have been removed.

The following is a list of the equipment aboard this vessel:
COMPASSES: (2) Danforth Constellation magnetic
The navigation station is fitted with bilge alarms for below deck spaces including the forepeak engine room, and lazarette. The alarm is visible and audible in the pilothouse. The alarms are activated by float switches located in each bilge space. (They could not be tested)

FIRE PROTECTIONAND LIFE SAVING
The vessel is fitted with hand held portable fire extinguishers installed as follows:

Installed portable hand held fire extinguishers are fitted with pressure gauges that show proper charge and were found to be in the green at the time of survey.

The vessel is equipped with a deck washdown system as part of the bilge pumping system, and said deck washdown hose can be used for fire fighting purposes in an emergency.

Life saving equipment consists of the following:
Life raft
Survival suits
Life ring buoys
: (1) Elliot (50) person Type A, expired 9/09
: (4) with lights and vessel's name (dated 1992) (not in bags)
: (2) 24" life rings with 90' of floatable line and light

MAIN PROPULSION
Main propulsion is provided by two (2) Detroit Diesel 12Vn series diesel engines with total rated horsepower of 670 delivered to 2" shafts via Twin Disc Model MG 512 reversing gear boxes to four(4) blade bronze propellers. All main engines are electrically started and closed system cooled.

Exhaust systems are horizontal, exiting through the side shell to port and starboard.
Both main engines are fitted Jabsco pumps for dewatering, and also for fire fighting capabilities.
Engine hours are unknown.

ELECTRICAL
The vessel is fitted with a Westerbeke 32 KW diesel generator, freshwater cooled, SIN 415685.
This unit is equipped with a belt driven alternator for charging the 12 volt starting batteries.
Electrical system in the vessel is both 110 and 12 Volt disbursed through a breaker panel in the pilothouse.Breaker panel wiring is in very poor condition. Batteries have excessive corrosion and wiring is in poor condition.

TANKAGE/FUELSYSTEM
The vessel is fitted with four (4) tanks, two (2) main tanks and two (2) wing tanks constructed of 5082 aluminum for a total capacity of 1,200 gallons. Fuel lines are Coast Guard approved Type I air equipped Flex line. This system is fitted with both a primary and secondary filtering system along with fuel manifold system.

BILGE PUMPING/ALARMS
The vessel is fitted with three (3) Rule automatic bilge pumps, one is the lazarette, one is the engine room and one in the forepeak. All spaces are also fitted with high water alarms audible and visible in the wheel house.
Both main engines are also fitted with Jabso pumps which can be utilized for either dewatering or fire fighting capabilities.

ACCOMMODATION SPACES
Access forward of the helm to starboard is the crew accommodation space. There is a settee to port with two (2) hanging lockers forward and galley aft. The galley has a refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and microwave oven.

ADITTIONAL INFORMATION
Permits were in place for this boat. New buyer will have to re-apply for permits, there is no guarantee that the permits will be renewed, nor would they have been guaranteed renewed for the previous owner.

We were able to get some information on Stabilization Certificates along with information on previous Coast Guard Certificates that were issued in the past.

In no way can this be used as an assurance of Coast Guard Re-Certification for any commercial use whatsoever.

47 Passengers and 2 Crew-up to Limited to 20 miles (Coastal Waters) or

25 Passengers and 2 Crew-8000 pounds of cargo- up to 100 miles offshore
