ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:

There are sleeping accommodations for 12 in owner's party, plus captain's
cabin and eight in crew.

All the way forward on the lower deck are two guest staterooms, each with
double berth, dresser, hanging locker and adjoining private head with shower.
Next aft to port is- a large stateroom with queen sized berth plus a pullman
single for an extra guest, dressing table, dresser and hanging locker. The
ensuite head is oversized with Jacuzzi. The aft leading corridor accesses
these staterooms, and there are multiple lockers along the starboard side/plus
the washer/dryer/ Next aft is a large V.I.P. stateroom with centerline king
size berth, that converts to twin berths when needed, night table, built-in
dressers and vanity. One corner is entirely taken up with a walk-in closet,
and the huge ensuite bath is practically full width. It also contains a
Jacuzzi. Each stateroom has its own telephone, stereo, and multisystem TV
w/VCR. Indirect fiber optic lighting adorns these staterooms, the passageway,
and staircase.

The large elegant on-deck master suite is forward, with walls and headliner of
padded white ultrasuede. The centerline king sized bed boasts a custom
designed contoured headboard in tucked white silk, and the stateroom is
luxuriously appointed with a sitting area, all beautifully illuminated with
indirect fiberoptic lighting. A walk-in closet equipped with a safe. The adjoining his & hers baths have ceramic tile sole, fixtures of crystal and 24K gold trim, white corian fixtures including shower/tub/Jacuzzi and bidet enclosure, generous locker space and dressing
table.

Next aft are the ship's laundry with (2) washers and (2) dryers, crew
mess/lounge, and large galley and ironing room main deck powder room plus
large hanging locker/closet, aft of which is the main salo.
seating, handcrafted wet bar equipped with ice maker, refrigerator, stereo
and TV system aft of which is the small aft salon/dining area with a hi-Io
table and seating for eight. All windows in the aft salon are pneumatic.
Decor has brass highlights, and accent shades of earth tones.


Up to the raised bridge deck, with command center forward with port and
starboard wing controls followed by the captain's stateroom with double berth,
dresser, generous hanging locker and adjoining head with shower. Another
powder room, then the sky lounge is next aft with generous seating, wet bar,
stereo and TV system. Double doors lead aft to the sun deck with its seating
for 12 with a hard top.

The Flybridge above has seating for twelve.

Crew accommodations are below in four double cabins'. There are two connecting
baths.

The GALLEY is located on the main deck with laundry. The laundry room has (2)
commercial washer and (2) dryers with s/s laundry sink, folding table and
pullout ironing board.

The galley is very' large and well equipped with one triple s/s sink-,-one
double s/s sink, and one single s/s sink which are all equipped with garbage
disposals and soap dispensers. There is (1) trash compactors, (2) s/s
freezers and (3) s/s refrigerators plus (1) walk-in freezer and (1) walk-in
cooler in forepeak. There are also (1) icemaker and (1) dishwasher. The
galley is centered around a Garland stove and range and microwave. It
consists of (6) spacious burners, a large grill, and (2) ovens. All counter
tops in the galley are corian with corian accent stripes in the cabinet doors
and drawers. Aft the galley is a prep area and forward is the spacious crew
lounge and dining table for 10 crew. .

REMARKS:

SEA FALCON, when completed in 1990, was the largest aluminum yacht ever built
and finished in the United States. She has had all the interior upgraded and
redecorated in 2008 and hull awl gripped in 2008. All mechanical and
electrical systems have been upgraded to operate in U.s. and European waters ..
All TV's and VCR's are multisystems and can operate anywhere in the world.
