Entries will be accepted up until midnight EST April 19, 2009. Entrants must be 18 years and older. Yacht brokers, boat dealers, and other advertisers at Yacht Authority are not eligible.

One winner will be posted each week beginning April 30th, and each week thereafter at www.YachtAuthority.com. Prize may be claimed by contacting us at sales@yachtauthority.com or by calling (646) 915-5500. Contest winner will be confirmed by the email address and phone number provided.

Yacht Authority will randomly select 8 winners from the entries. Prizes are as follows:
1st three winners: iPod Shuffle
4th -8th winner: Official Yacht Authority Hat

If a prize remains unclaimed for a period of 7 days, we will randomly select another prize winner. Winners will be determined accordingly until all prizes have been awarded. Prizes will be mailed to a confirmed mailing address upon verification.
