The large front deck area has room for a table and chairs when anchored or at the dock. As you enter the salon through either port or starboard sliding doors, the lower helm station is forward with custom teak binnacle and electronics for both Mercruiser 400HP Gasoline Engines, as well as VHF radio, rudder angle indicator, 36” teak steering wheel, hydraulic shift/throttles, and ample space for decorations of your choice forward of the wheel. Looking aft to starboard side in the salon is the custom teak entertainment center with built in drawers and cabinets containing television, stereo, 6 disc CD and VCR. To starboard is the AC/DC electrical panel. On the port side of the salon is the sofa, leather chair with ottoman, and a very unique glass top table with a wood carved “canoe” for the bottom that supplies storage for games or magazines. The galley dining area is centered aft of the salon with a teak bar and 4 chairs, facing a large mirror. To port and down the steps is the cuddy with a queen size bed, storage drawers, cedar lined closet and television. Aft of the bar and mirrors is the stairway leading to the upper deck with full size carpeted steps. The galley is on the starboard side and offers custom teak cabinets with plenty of storage , double stainless sink, microwave, 4 burner electric stove/oven combo, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with in door ice and water.
Continuing down the hall on starboard side is the utility room with a large stack washer/dryer unit and and teak storage shelf behind teak bi-fold doors. On the port side of the hallway is a stateroom with bunk beds made in a custom teak frame as well as closet, drawers, and television. The VIP stateroom is on the port side as well and offers queen size bed on top of a custom teak frame and drawers, closet, dressing table and television. The VIP stateroom has a head, lavatory, large mirror, shower, vanity with many storage drawers and cabinets. The master bath is on the starboard side –aft and contains head, lavatory, shower, jetted garden tub and custom teak vanity with large mirror and storage. The staterooms and head also have sliding custom teak pocket doors. Master stateroom is aft with queen size bed on a custom teak frame with drawers, television, cedar lined closets, custom teak drawers, dressing table and cabinets. The master and VIP stateroom have separate digital AC/Heat controls.
The tinted sliding glass doors lead to the cockpit that includes the engine compartment, lounge furniture, lighted cockpit overhang, transom door centered that takes you to the 3’ swim platform and swim ladder. Going up the spiral staircase on port side will lead to the upper deck where the fun and relaxing begins!
Centered on the upper deck is an “Island Kitchen” consisting of a custom bar with all the amenities needed for entertaining, as well as a hydraulic davit starboard and lounge furniture on port and starboard sides, 2 large cushioned fiberglass storage boxes are forward of the bar as well as the flybridge with instrumentation for both engines and navigation, captains chair, and bimini top with grey Sunbrella. As you can see, this vessel was designed for family fun and entertainment with each detail being well planned and space used wisely.
To the starboard and aft of the salon is the galley which is equipped with custom teak drawers and cabinets, retractable garbage can, under sink storage, stainless double sink, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with in door ice/water, built in microwave, 4 burner electric stove/oven combo. The galley and hallway floors are graced with teak parquet flooring and kept like new with satin varnish. Galley dining area offers a custom teak bar with 4 bar stools.
The lower helm and flybridge feature duplicate instrumentation for both engines, rudder angle indicator, VHF radio, hydraulic shift and throttle, Hynautic hydraulic steering, and depth indicator with alarm. The yacht is equipped with twin 50 amp 250 volt AC power and 12 volt electrical DC service. The 15KW Westerbeke gas generator is available for auxiliary power. The main AC/DC panel is located on starboard side of the salon area with easy access and visibility. There are three 8-D batteries maintained by a 40 amp charger . She also carries 3- 20,000 BTU CruiseAir Marine AC/Heat Systems for a total of 60,000 BTU with 3 digital controls. One 12V automatic submersible bilge pump with float switch is also located in each of the 3 water tight bulkheads.
The engine room access is thru 3 hatches in the cockpit. The vessel is powered by Twin Mercruiser 400HP Bluewater Inboard gasoline engines. The 15KW Westerbeke gasoline genset is located center aft of the engine room. Hynautic hydraulic steering system located center on the transom. V-Drives are forward as well as a dedicated Attwood bilge pump for each shaft log. Automatic halon fire control system as well as bilge lighting completes the engine room.
The upper deck is composed of marine plywood covered in fiberglass. Access to the deck is thru large hatch in the galley or spiral staircase from the cockpit. On the deck you will find Hydraulic Davit for the toys to be lifted and stored. There are numerous outdoor loungers and chairs and the “Island Kitchen” is centered for entertainment. At the kitchen you will find bar stools, gas grill, Corian countertop, refrigerator/ice maker, sink with hot and cold water, retractable garbage can,storage drawers, built in blender , lighting and market umbrella for those hot summer days! Forward and center is the flybride with complete instrumentation for both engines and electronics. There is a 2' rail that surrounds the entire upper deck area for safety.
The vessel has a welded aluminum hull using alloy of 6062 and 5052 with 3 watertight bulkheads. All frames and braces in the hull are aluminum as well. She is prepped and painted with Awl Grip paint. The superstructure is composed of aluminum framing and marine plywood that is insulated on the interior. Powder coated Reynolds Aluminum sheets are glued and screwed to the side of the main cabin exterior along with 1” molding to provide a stunning finish. The vessel has a vee bottom with a 12” keel running the full length to promote good tracking ability. Two 6” skegs have been added between the keel and chine(one of each side) as well. The anchor draws up flush with the bow of the boat and protected by a stainless plate. The first 20’ of anchor line is ½” chain and the remaining 250’ is ¾” line. The windlass is by Simpson Lawrence and has a dedicated battery with10 amp-12 volt battery charger by Charles Industries. The anchor line lays in a locker on the front deck where it is stored until used
