JUST CRUZAN is a 10.7 Columbia cruising sailboat – she features a large aft cockpit and nice accommodations below. She has been well taken care of by her current and previous owners and has many recent upgrades including new Teak & Holly cabin sole, refrigeration, batteries, and full battened main w/stack pack among other improvements. The Payne designed 10.7 is a very nice sailing yacht and will provide an enjoyable platform for living aboard or cruising in the Caribbean. She has just had new black bottom paint applied as well as the cove and boot stripes being repainted with black Alwgrip 6/11. Open to offers as owner has already purchased a new boat

Accommodations

 From Forward:  V-berth cabin forward with hanging locker to port and a mirrored vanity to starboard – new v-berth cushion and upholstery using Sunbrella fabric in the “Oyster” color ‘06.  There is a swing out seat at the vanity that faces outboard – seat was covered with new Sunbrella “Oyster” fabric and cushion ’06. This seat has been removed from the bulkhead but is still aboard and the new owner could easily reinstall

 

Next aft is the head with twin doors allowing private access from the V-berth or from the salon.  There is a hanging locker across from the head.  The main salon consists of an L-shaped settee to port, which converts to a double, and a single settee to starboard.  

 

The salon had new cushions & upholstery installed ’06.  The fabric used was Sunbrella “Cadet Grey” with “Oyster” piping and buttons.  

 

The U-shaped galley is aft and to port of the companionway with the navigation station across to starboard.  The navigation station is forward facing, and you use the head of the quarter berth as a seat.  

 

There is a quarter berth aft of the nav area with new cushion and upholstery using Sunbrella fabric in the “Oyster” color ‘06.

 

3/4” Teak & Holly cabin sole throughout with 4-coats of Satin finish varnish – sole new ‘07.  Bulkheads are oiled Teak.  6’2” headroom in the salon.  Interior Teak is oiled and has always been properly maintained.

 JUST CRUZAN is a 10.7 Columbia cruising sailboat – she features a large aft cockpit and nice accommodations below.  She has been well taken care of by her current and previous owners.  The Payne designed 10.7 is a very nice sailing yacht and will provide an enjoyable platform for living aboard or cruising in the Caribbean.  The bottom was just painted with black paint and the boot and cove stripes on the hull were just sprayed with black Alwgrip all in 6/11.
