Here is some information about Bavaria Yachts: "At Bavaria, knowledge built up over more than three decades is combined with cutting-edge production techniques. The shipyard has one of the most state-of-the-art production facilities for sailing boat manufacture in the world, with high precision robots and CAD/CAM programs working seamlessly together with skilled craftsmanship over the six-kilometer assembly line. Efficient production does not only mean superior cost-effectiveness but also better quality. A high degree of automation, carefully monitored by skilled employees, guarantees consistently high quality standards. Examples of this are the lamination halls with permanent humidity and temperature control, laser assisted accuracy for CNC milling machines as well as an automated varnishing line. Quality engineering and construction are the key forces at Bavaria. All Bavaria yachts are built to Ocean category “A” – the highest European standard CE certification as well as the even more exacting Germanischer Lloyd certification. This additional certification requires independent surveying at all stages of the yacht building process......."
