The Beneteau 43 is a fast cruising design that offers a dual helm, large cockpit, generous beam with very easy access from the water via the swim platform and walk-through transom. Still in her original ownership and even though she was originally in charter, her usage and hours are still moderate and it is clear that her owners have taken special care to keep her in great condition. Unlike many of her three cabin sister ships, Barefoot Life offers the preferred two head layout with a spacious separate shower stall.
Her owners have nicely upgraded her for tropical cruising, a standout feature being a custom arch that holds her solar panels as well as davits for the dinghy. In recent times she has also received some valuable electronics and electrical upgrades, her sails replaced and most of her ground tackle (including a new windlass) upgraded. She is equipped with a large RIB and outboard, an in-date offshore life raft, an EPIRB and even a water maker; so she really is all ready to once again go cruising off the grid with her next owner.
