Great Opportunity!!

Truly inspired renovations and extensive updating favor this authentic downeast classic. Vessel now a successful blend of experience, form and function. Hull and deck were completely fiber-glassed between 1995 and 2000 using the popular C -FLEX sheathing system; which involves layers of mat and woven saturated with Vinylester resin that bonds to the hull and achieves a smooth, watertight durable finish. Hull faired perfectly and painted with Awlgrip products. New rub rails and toe rails of Mahogany. The quality of all this work is evident, and has resulted in an impressive, solid yacht that is dry, attractive and free of maintenance issues. Yacht finish !

New John Deere 6068 TFM Electronic 201HP diesel installed in 2009. Only 315 hours of engine service. Efficient operation, Deere burns less than 5 gallons per hour at 2000 rpm cruise. Professional mechanical and electrical care throughout. 9 KW Onan generator installed new in 2009. Shore power for 50 amp. Fuel tanks replaced in 2009.

Sensational pilothouse, well appointed with period details. Choice electronics. Practical deck design and cabin layout. Bow thruster. Air-Conditioning. Fuel tanks changed in 1998. Solar powered battery charging. Sea Recovery 16 GPH Watermaker. Isotherm refrigerator and freezer.

Comfortable cruiser. Versatile and spacious mid-deck cockpit area, Forepeak stateroom cabin with ensuite head. Main salon is furthest aft and makes into a master cabin, library. Starboard pilot berth in side cabin. Full head with separate shower stall is midships aft of Pilothouse. Galley to port.

Built in Rockland, Maine by Carl Lane. Boat beautifully retains the refreshing character of an earlier period of boating while having the advantage of modern, updated components. 12' tender included.

Ready for the next adventure- anywhere. CLEAN. Clean. CLEAN boat. Recommended enthusiastically and without hesitation. Please call for more information on this unique, and charming vessel.

Great opportunity to acquire a capable cruising yacht.
