About Us
New Suffolk Shipyard is a full service marina operating out of two locations, one on the west side of Cutchogue Harbor on the picturesque School House Creek and a short distance due east, is the Cutchogue Harbor location which directly overlooks the beautiful Cutchogue Harbor.
Surrounded by farms in the heart of wine country, the small Long Island village of New Suffolk has an allure and tranquility that complements the services and facilities offered by New Suffolk Shipyard.
Our School House Creek facility has 70 docks and 22 moorings with deepwater access to Peconic Bay with full service, gas, ships store and boat sales.
Our Cutchogue Harbor facility has 120 slips with deepwater access directly to Cutchogue Harbor with gas and diesel sales, ship store and service.
Secluded restaurants and white sandy beaches are located within easy walking distance in New Suffolk Village, making the marina appealing to transit as well as seasonal boaters.
Every Wednesday night sailboat racers gear up for PBSA races which during the height of the summer season include over 40 participants for fun and excitement. The shipyard also serves as host to several One Design races, an open house, and the Whitebread Race in October.
As one of the oldest marinas on Eastern Long Island, our facility has an abundance of New England charm and attitude, complemented by outstanding service facilities.
Boat Sales
New Suffolk Shipyard sells and services a premium line of quality new and pre-owned boats ranging from runabouts to cruisers. Our knowledgeable sales staff can assist you in finding the boat that best fits your unique needs. The shipyard has a long history as a Mako dealer and stocks a full line of boats and Mako products. The Mako line is complimented by Pilot, a high end traditional design, and Seaway Boats, which are traditional in design and character. Our sales department takes great pride in helping you select the boat of your choice.
The sales staff will help you select the correct boat for your needs. Demo rides are stressed and can be arranged.

New Suffolk Shipyard has two beautiful marinas on the Peconic Bay of Eastern Long Island. Our School House Creek facility is located in the town of New Suffolk on the south side of the North Fork. Our Cutchogue Harbor facility is located approximately 1.5 miles to the east in the town of Cutchogue. Both facilities offer a picturesque and very protected setting for your boating enjoyment.

Follow Main Road (Rt. 25) east to Cutchogue. At the light in Cutchogue, turn on to New Suffolk Road, New Suffolk Shipyard is approximately one mile down on the left.

Follow Main Road (Rt. 25) east to Cutchogue. Take first right after light in Cutchogue onto Pequash Avenue, follow Pequash to the end. Turn right on to West Creek Avenue, follow to the end.
